Privacybeleid.

Nakko (hierna: "wij") hecht grote waarde aan uw privacy. Wij verwerken persoonsgegevens conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). In deze verklaring leggen wij uit welke gegevens wij verzamelen, voor welk doel, en hoe wij deze beveiligen.

1. Verwerking en Doeleinden

Wij verwerken uw gegevens uitsluitend voor specifieke doelen en op basis van een geldige juridische grondslag:

  • Dienstverlening: Gegevens noodzakelijk voor het uitvoeren van een overeenkomst (bijv. inloggegevens, contactgegevens). (Grondslag: Uitvoering Overeenkomst)
  • Communicatie: Naam, e-mailadres en telefoonnummer om vragen te beantwoorden of contact op te nemen. (Grondslag: Gerechtvaardigd Belang)
  • Websiteverbetering: Geanonimiseerde statistieken over websitegebruik. (Grondslag: Toestemming / Gerechtvaardigd Belang)

2. Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt noodzakelijk is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor uw gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de wettelijke bewaartermijnen waar van toepassing (bijvoorbeeld voor de Belastingdienst).

3. Delen met Derden

Nakko verkoopt uw gegevens niet aan derden en verstrekt deze uitsluitend indien dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van onze overeenkomst met u of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Met bedrijven die uw gegevens verwerken in onze opdracht (zoals hostingproviders), sluiten wij een verwerkersovereenkomst om te zorgen voor eenzelfde niveau van beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid.

4. Beveiliging

Wij nemen de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Al onze verbindingen zijn beveiligd middels SSL/TLS encryptie.

5. Cookies

Deze website maakt gebruik van functionele en analytische cookies. Analytische cookies (Google Analytics) zijn privacy-vriendelijk ingesteld volgens de handleiding van de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, waarbij IP-adressen worden geanonimiseerd en gegevens niet worden gedeeld met Google voor andere doeleinden.

6. Uw Rechten

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te laten verwijderen. Daarnaast heeft u het recht om uw eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door Nakko en heeft u het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid.

U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering of gegevensoverdraging sturen naar hello@nakko.com. Daarnaast heeft u de mogelijkheid om een klacht in te dienen bij de nationale toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

1. Processing and Purposes

We process your data exclusively for specific purposes and based on a valid legal ground:

  • Services: Data necessary for the execution of an agreement (e.g., login credentials, contact details). (Legal Basis: Performance of Contract)
  • Communication: Name, email address, and phone number to answer questions or contact you. (Legal Basis: Legitimate Interest)
  • Website Improvement: Anonymized statistics regarding website usage. (Legal Basis: Consent / Legitimate Interest)

2. Retention Periods

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We adhere to statutory retention periods where applicable (e.g., for tax authorities).

3. Sharing with Third Parties

Nakko will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide this data if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf (such as hosting providers) to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

4. Security

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. All our connections are secured using SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Cookies

This website uses functional and analytical cookies. Analytical cookies (Google Analytics) are configured in a privacy-friendly manner in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP), whereby IP addresses are anonymized and data is not shared with Google for other purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Nakko, and you have the right to data portability.

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, or data transfer to hello@nakko.com. Furthermore, you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
